The Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce (CNHCC) welcomed more than two dozen community members on Thursday, November 20, to celebrate the third anniversary of our Plymouth location. The milestone was marked with a ribbon cutting which brought together local leaders, business owners, and supporters to recognize the clinic’s continued growth and impact in the region.

Guests enjoyed refreshments provided by Coca-Cola Northeast and Biederman’s Deli while touring Granite State Physical Therapy’s state-of-the-art facility and meeting the physical therapists. Owner Brian Verville demonstrated the clinic’s newest treatment modality, Focused Shock Wave Therapy, a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic pressure waves to promote healing in soft tissues like tendons and ligaments. It works by stimulating the body’s natural healing response, increasing blood flow, breaking up calcifications, and boosting collagen production to reduce pain and restore mobility for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, and tennis elbow.

CNHCC Executive Director Matty Leighton noted, “Access to quality medical care is essential in every community, but it’s especially critical in rural regions like ours. This Plymouth location helps ensure area residents can receive excellent, patient-centered physical therapy close to home, without the barriers of long travel or limited options. We’re grateful for businesses like Granite State Physical Therapy that choose to grow here and deepen their commitment to the region.”

“A significant part of our mission is to serve regions with fewer physical therapy options,” said Verville. “Before opening in Plymouth, we noticed many patients traveling from this area and farther north to our Concord office, and it was clear there was a need for accessible, high-quality care closer to home.”

Verville continued, “Community involvement is also central to who we are, whether we’re supporting local sports programs, sponsoring 5Ks, or staying active with the Chamber. We’re also proud to bring advanced technology to the region, including Focused Shock Wave Therapy for chronic soft-tissue conditions, with Deep Tissue Laser Therapy coming in 2026. Our team here in Plymouth is incredibly dedicated to helping people relieve pain and get back to moving comfortably and confidently.”
