Whether it be novice or professional, injury prevention and body conditioning are essential for any athlete.
Granite State Physical Therapy in conjunction with NHTI & Concord Ortho brings a FREE Summer injury prevention program to Concord area kids.
We will be hosting on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00-7:00 pm at NHTI in Concord, NH.
The sessions will start on July 12th and end on August 11th. This FREE 6-week community program is for grades 6 and up. Coaches and NHTI students are welcome to join!
