Recover Right:
Learn to Train, Fuel, and Heal Clinic

Train smarter, play stronger! Free clinic hosted by Granite State Physical Therapy runs August 5–7 at NHTI in Concord.

Train Smart. Recover Well. Play Strong.

Join us for a free three-day clinic designed to teach student-athletes in grades 6–12 how to move better, recover faster, and prevent common injuries before the school year begins.

Led by our certified Athletic Trainers, the same professionals who support New Hampshire student-athletes throughout the school year, this clinic is all about education and empowerment. Participants will learn how to:

  • Exercise with proper form and intent
  • Reduce post-workout soreness and bounce back faster
  • Fuel their bodies for performance and recovery
  • Prevent and manage common injuries like ankle sprains, sore backs, and knee pain
  • Understand what causes recurring issues like patellar tendonitis and what to do about it

This is not a sports camp. It is a hands-on learning experience focused on long-term athletic health, taught by experts who work with middle and high school athletes every day. Students will receive take-home resources with simple, effective techniques and routines they can use year-round to stay strong, mobile, and injury-free.

The clinic is scheduled for August 5-7, 2025, from 6-7:30 p.m. and will be held at NH Technical Institute in Concord. It’s open to student-athletes entering grades 6 through 12. There is no cost to attend, and participants may register below by Sunday, August 3, 2025.
