CLINIC DATES:

Session I: July 16 & 18 from 5:30-7 p.m.
Session II: July 23 & 25 from 5:30-7 p.m.
Session III: July 30 & August 1 from 5:30-7 p.m.
Session IV: August 6 & 8 from 5:30-7 p.m.
Session V: August 13 & 15 from 5:30-7 p.m.

Meet Our Clinic Director
Madisen Glaze, MS, NH LAT, ATC

Madisen Glaze

Madisen Glaze is the Director of Athletic Training Services for Granite State Physical Therapy. She also serves as the Head Athletic Trainer for the New Hampshire Mountain Kings.

Madisen is a graduate of Plymouth State University’s Interdisciplinary Studies program where she majored in Sports Medicine. After graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree, Madisen was accepted to Plymouth State University’s  Master of Science program in Athletic Training.

Upon graduating in 2020, Madisen entered the world of athletic training and never looked back. A former athlete who played field hockey for more than half her life, Madisen’s passion for athletics led her to a career where she could make a difference for athletes.

Injury prevention and holistic health care are the two pillars of Madisen’s clinical practice. In addition to athletic training, Madisen has experience coaching field hockey and strength and conditioning at multiple levels including middle and high school ages.

Sample Clinic Schedule

During each 2.5-hour session, we’ll cover a variety of educational topics and participate in activities that will help reduce injury rates and provide information about how athletes can best protect themselves on and off the field.
